Information

Arrival Procedure

Park in one of the arrivals bays and head to reception to check in. You should bring a copy of your booking confirmation with you. Airparks staff will park your car for you so you can catch the transfer bus to the airport, so you`ll need to leave your car keys with reception. Just make your way to the covered waiting area in the car park where you`ll meet the transfer bus.

Departure Procedure

The Airparks bus will pick you up where you were dropped off and take you back to the car park to collect your car.

Security

This car park has been awarded the Park Mark for safer parking. The Park Mark means that you are parking in an area that has been vetted by the police to make sure that the site has had measures put in place to create a safe environment. Park Mark awarded parking areas are run by responsible operators who are concerned with your safety and the safety of your vehicle.

Insurance

Parking is always at the vehicle owner`s own risk.

Notes

Airparks Birmingham has ladies` and men`s loos as well as disabled toilets. You can also purchase refreshments from the reception waiting area. If you come back to a flat battery, the car park will be happy to jump start your car. Bikes, surfboards, canoes and other large objects that won`t fit into the luggage racks can`t be carried on Airparks buses. If you are bringing large items with you, we suggest you drop them off at the airport before you park your car. Remember to check with your airline that you will be able to take them on the plane. You can also book our Return Greet package, either now or when you get to the car park, where your car is brought to the terminal for you when you return from holiday. We recommend that you give yourself 50 minutes to drop your car off and transfer to the airport - longer in rush hour, or if there is a major exhibition at the NEC - you can check on www.necgroup.co.uk. If you park for more days than you booked, the car park will charge you for the extra days at its normal rate. If you stay for fewer days than you booked, unfortunately we can`t give you a refund. If you`re going to come back early, please let Airparks know, if you can.
